Not just Battle Abbey
From the beginning of creating this artwork I decided to include Battle train station because I consider it a well-known building in Battle. In this artwork I explored the different sizes of the buildings and how this changes how the buildings interact with each other. Also I find it interesting that because of the small size of the signs on the buildings,
it isn’t immediately obvious that they are buildings in a high street. Also his helps draw your eyes to the rest
of the buildings and not straight to the shop and pub signs.
