Sea Shelter
In this artwork I explored beach shelters and sea defences and in particular how these protections change the look of the coastline. For example, how you feel like you could be sheltered in the middle of the sea defences, where the beach shelters don’t feel like they will protect you so much from the weather.

Sussex coastline
In this artwork I explored the similarities and differences between the 3 seaside towns of Hastings, Bexhill and Eastbourne and also explored the coastline which joins them together. Specifically, I looked into how the different sections of beach can be immediately recognised from a particular town. For example, using Hastings fishing boats and beach huts as this is instantaneously recognisable as Hastings beach side.
